Our Process
1. Submit Your Piece
Email clear photographs of your item to: concierge@shopthegrandtour.com
Helpful photos include:
- Front & back
- Both sides
- Interior
- Hardware
- Logos or stamps
- Date code or serial number (if present)
- Any wear or damage
- Included accessories
2. Curatorial Review
Every submission is reviewed individually for:
- Authenticity indicators
- Condition
- Craftsmanship
- Collector demand
- Historical significance
- Fit for The Grand Tour Archive
If your piece appears to be a good fit, we'll contact you with next steps.
3. In-Person Evaluation
Selected pieces are invited for a hands-on evaluation. For qualifying submissions within Montgomery County, Texas, complimentary local pickup may be available by appointment.
4. Purchase
If accepted, we'll provide a final purchase offer after inspection. Payment is issued promptly once the item has been received and accepted.
